FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

What is exactly is Facetime?

FACETIME is a fully interactive NETWORKING event. It's a great place to get started in the industry if you have never met anyone and don't know where to get started. It's a stress-free, safe enviornment where you could test shoot with various photographers, models, MUAs, etc. and feel more comfortable planning 1on1 shoot with people you meet.

It's also an amazing showcase of talent of all backgrounds. Let it be music, dancing, painter, all arts meet here! Come make some new friends!

If I'm very pale/very dark or have skin allergies, should I bring my own foundation for The MUAs?

Yes. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Allergies are very random and unpredictable for the most part. If you have any worries about them, bringing your own products is highly suggested. We are sure no makeup artist will have issues using your own make-up and brushes.

I know to come with a clean face - but do I come with clean, unstyled hair?

We suggest you come with your hair done how you wear it on an everyday basis. We do have scheduled MUA's and Hairstylists but things do happen and its always good to have a backup plan.

I have a few weeks waiting on all my images. I've only seen a few. What gives?

Facetime is a fully interactive networking event for all artist. Many models and photographers attend out event to meet and test shoot with various people.  During that process, many will take full advantage of this and will plan 1 on 1 shoots with their favorite models, photographers, MUAs, etc that they meet at this event. Some photographers release all images, others release only their favorites, some release none at all.

Reach out to photographers for your images. Some will give all images again in low res, some high res, others sell high res. Everyone is different and goes about it differently.

THIS, is your advantage. If a photographer fails to give you images, that can also be a slight reflection of how they handle their one on one shoots. Part of networking, is getting a feel of people.
